Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the OliveOdds mobile application (“App”, “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using OliveOdds you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the developer of OliveOdds (“we”, “us”, “our”). Your continued use of the App constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future revisions.
2. What OliveOdds Is
OliveOdds is a sports-analytics tool. It uses statistical models to compute win-probability estimates for professional tennis and NBA basketball matches, and compares those estimates against bookmaker-implied probabilities to highlight potential value gaps.
– Predictions are outputs of mathematical models applied to historical data.
– All figures shown in the App (win probabilities, edge percentages, Kelly stake suggestions) are statistical estimates, not certainties.
– The App includes a personal bet-tracking journal so users can log and review their own betting activity.
3. What OliveOdds Is Not
> OliveOdds is NOT a gambling advice or tipster service.
We want to be unambiguous:
– We are not a licensed gambling operator, betting broker, or financial adviser.
– We do not advise you to place any bet on any event.
– We do not guarantee any return, profit, or positive outcome from following any information shown in the App.
– Displaying a positive edge or a “Value” badge is a mathematical observation, not a recommendation to bet.
– Nothing in the App constitutes regulated investment advice, financial advice, or gambling advice under any applicable law.
– We do not endorse, promote, or encourage gambling.
Gambling involves significant financial risk. You may lose money. Please gamble responsibly.
4. Eligibility
By using OliveOdds you represent and warrant that:
– You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
– You are accessing the App from a jurisdiction where sports analytics apps of this nature are permitted.
– You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws regarding online gambling and the use of analytical tools related to betting.
We reserve the right to terminate access without notice if we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.
5. User Accounts and Access Tiers
OliveOdds operates two access tiers:
– Free tier: Available to all users of the App. Free users can view win-probability estimates for upcoming matches and use the personal bet-tracking journal.
– Pro tier: Grants access to additional analytics features (including full value-analysis data and Kelly stake suggestions). Pro access is granted exclusively by OliveOdds administrators, at their sole discretion, at no charge to the user. There is no self-registration or purchase process for Pro access.
Regarding accounts:
– Accounts are created exclusively by OliveOdds administrators. There is no public self-registration.
– You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party.
– You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
– We reserve the right to suspend or revoke any account or Pro-tier access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
– Users who have not been granted an account are considered free-tier users and may use the App’s free features without registration.
6. Affiliate Links
> Forward-looking notice: We may, in the future, include affiliate links to third-party betting platforms within the App.
When and where affiliate links appear:
– They will be clearly labelled as affiliate or sponsored links at the point of display.
– Clicking an affiliate link and signing up with a third-party platform may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you.
– We are not responsible for the content, terms, offers, or conduct of any third-party platform reached via an affiliate link.
– Any decision to register with or deposit funds into a third-party betting platform is entirely your own.
7. Advertising
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and its demand partners, which currently include Liftoff (Vungle) and Unity Ads.
– Ad partners may use device identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA) and other signals to serve personalised advertisements, subject to your consent choices.
– You can manage your advertising preferences at any time through the in-app privacy settings (see “Manage Privacy Preferences” in Settings).

8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to probability models, algorithms, data visualisations, UI design, text, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of OliveOdds and its developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
– Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
– Use the App’s output data or models for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
– Redistribute or resell access to the App or its content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
– The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
– We expressly disclaim any liability for gambling losses, financial losses, or any other damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of or reliance on the App.
– Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Germany.
EU consumers retain the right to bring disputes before the competent courts of their country of residence, and may use the European Commission’s [Online Dispute Resolution platform](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email where reasonably practicable. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
